Noted for her charming stage presence and vocal warmth, soprano Andrea Rebello holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance and a Bachelor of Education, specializing in vocal music. Equally at home on the theatrical stage or in recital, Ms. Rebello is an active performer of opera, operetta and musical theatre. Recent roles have included: Despina in Così Fan Tutte, Laetitia in The Old Maid and the Thief, Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, Casilda in The Gondoliers, Yum Yum in The Mikado, Lucy in The Telephone, Adele in Die Fledermaus, Miss Silverpeal in The Impresario.

In keeping with her love of performing, Ms. Rebello is frequently hired to perform at gala events, weddings and charity balls. She entertains with an array of musical genres including opera, art song, operetta and musical theatre. She has been described as a performer whose ‘stage presence commands attention, as does her resonant soprano voice which holds one spellbound’.

In addition to a life on the stage, Ms. Rebello also teaches singing lessons and music theory through her private music studio.  She has adjudicated for the Davenport Festival and for the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association (ORMTA), and she is the acting music director at St. Clement Catholic Church in Etobicoke.
